The Met Office has warned 'wintry showers' could hit Coventry and Warwickshire this week. In the most up-to-date online forecast, meteorologists said there would be 'wintry showers in places on Wednesday then mostly dry to end the week with sunny/clear periods'.
The warning comes as temperatures are due to plunge this week with lows of 4C on Thursday, November 20. With that could also come cold winds.

The forecast for the end of the week into the start of the weekend said: "Much colder with a notable wind chill at first and overnight frost and ice.." The full forecast for this week so far is as follows:
Today
After a cold start, today will be dry and mostly sunny with just small amounts of fair weather cloud at times. Feeling chilly despite the gentle northerly breeze. Maximum temperature 7C.
Tonight
A dry evening with largely clear skies and turning rather cold with a frost developing overnight. Probably turning somewhat cloudier later in the night but remaining generally dry. Minimum temperature -1 C.
Tuesday
Mainly dry through the morning with isolated showers later. A greater chance of showers or longer spells of rain during the afternoon. Freshening winds continue to make it feel chilly. Maximum temperature 8C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday
Wintry showers in places on Wednesday then mostly dry to end the week with sunny/clear periods. Much colder with a notable wind chill at first and overnight frost and ice.
