There are long delays on the M11 this morning (November 14) due to a vehicle fire. The incident is impacting traffic heading southbound on the busy Essex motorway.

The incident took place somewhere between J7A A1025 (Harlow North) to J7 A414 London Road (Harlow). There is congestion to both sides, with two miles of onlookers.

The traffic was completely held initially, but now there are two lanes closed. Essex County Fire and Rescue Service and Essex Police have been contacted in relation to this incident.
