WYANDOTTE, Mich. - Rescue crews are currently on the scene following a trench collapse that trapped two water utility workers in Wyandotte.

The incident, which occurred Tuesday (Feb. 25) on 17th and Walnut streets, has raised concerns as authorities work to determine the workers' affiliations, whether with the city's water department or an outside company.

Local 4 was told that one of the workers remained trapped in the trench as of 10 p.m.
