Elliot Health System has announced the formation of The Elliot Heart and Vascular Center. This announcement builds on our recent news about the addition of open heart surgery to our services, to provide a truly comprehensive range of cardiovascular services within our trusted health system.
The Elliot Heart and Vascular Center in Manchester brings together Elliot Cardiovascular Consultants, Elliot Vascular Surgery, and Elliot Cardiac Surgery into one integrated, collaborative service.

Gerald Sardella, MD has joined the health system to lead the cardiac surgery program for The Elliot Heart and Vascular Center. Dr. Sardella is well established in the greater Manchester community in the field of cardiac surgery and brings his expertise to our comprehensive cardiovascular program at The Elliot.
Dr. Sardella joins Elliot Health System from Catholic Medical Center where he served as Chief of Cardiac Surgery. Prior to Catholic Medical Center, he served as Chief of Cardiac Surgery at Concord Hospital and as a Cardiac Surgeon with Albany Cardiothoracic Surgeons.
