Russell Crowe raves about Canada after visiting his 7th province | National

Actor Russell Crowe shared that he has just crossed off his seventh province, and he's determined to see the rest of Canada.

Several X users responded, guessing that Crowe was in Charlottetown, P.E.I.

Although he didn't confirm or deny his location, he said that he first visited Canada in 1992. He shared his love for the Great White North, calling it "an amazing country" and urging others to "have a look for yourself."

The Oscar-winning actor who's best known for movies such as Gladiator, A Beautiful Mind, and Cinderella Man, wasn't done hyping up Canada just yet.

The actor next popped up in Montreal, where he raved about Mexican restaurant Tacos Frida.

"We are a long way north of Oaxaca here, but, wow... superior," he wrote. "Está bien chido."

He also posed for photos with the team. In an Instagram post, the restaurant stated, "Today we had the honour of hosting Russell Crowe at Tacos Frida! Thank you for a memorable visit -- what a nice surprise for our team and clients!"

After hearing about Crowe's Canadian travels, Prime Minister Mark Carney chimed in on X, stating, "First round's on me when you reach all thirteen."

Several Canadians also joined the conversation and welcomed Crowe.

"Welcome to Canada, glad to hear you love our beautiful and welcoming country and all its beauty," wrote one X user.

"Thanks for visiting," stated another.

It looks like actor Pedro Pascal would agree with Crowe's take on Canada.

On May 19, The Last of Us actor shared photos on Instagram with co-stars Bella Ramsey and Catherine O'Hara, with the caption, "There's no place like #Canada."
