Wife who was married to 'love of her life' for 62 years and had seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren is among those being remembered in the latest death and funeral notices for Kent. Gertrud 'Trudi' Burford, who was described as "an extremely kind and patient lady, who always put others before herself", will be greatly missed by family and all those who knew her.

Iris Bean peacefully passed away on February 28, 2025 at St Mary's Hospital, Newport, Isle of Wight after so many happy years on the island. Formerly of Dane Park Road, Ramsgate, Kent. Wonderful wife, mother and sister. Reunited with her beloved husband Bob and son Clifford. Cremation has taken place.

Clifford Robert BEAN
Clifford Bean sadly passed away on February 22, 2025 at home in Nettlestone Green, Sea View, Isle of Wight having enjoyed so many happy years on the Island. Previously lived in Dane Park Road, Ramsgate. A wonderful son to Iris and Bob and now they are all together again. Cremation has taken place.

Peter Derek Branchett sadly passed away on April 16, 2025 aged 86 years. Beloved husband and father - will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Gertrud ('Trudi') BURFORD
Trudi sadly passed away on Saturday, April 19 2025 aged 85. Trudi was born and raised in Switzerland, came to England to learn English as part of her nursing qualification where she met the love of her life, Derek. Trudi and Derek were married for 62 wonderful years.
She is survived by Derek, her three children, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was an extremely kind and patient lady, who always put others before herself. The funeral will be held on Monday, May 12.
Stella Christine LAKIN
Stella sadly passed away on the April 22, 2025. Dearly loved and missed by her family and friends. Her funeral service will be held at Christ Church, William Street, Herne Bay on Thursday, May 22 at 1pm, followed by a committal service at Herne Bay Crematorium, Bullockstone Road, at 2pm. Those who attend are asked to wear something blue.
Stella supported her husband, Ron, through the difficult stages of living with dementia. The family therefore request that donations are made in memory of Stella to Alzheimer's Society to aid their research in finding a cure for all forms of dementia. Dr Duncan Langford-Allen died at home on April 6 aged 80 years. Beloved husband of Gina, a much loved father of Madeleine and Grandpa to Olive and Kes.

Patricia Peters, of Sevenoaks, Kent, formerly of Rooskey, Co Roscommon, Republic of Ireland passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on April 18, 2025 in King's College Hospital, London.
