Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos Take "Live" to New Heights in First Look at Season 38 (Exclusive)

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos sure are enjoying the view from their new studio.

The Live with Kelly and Mark co-hosts soak up the New York City skyline in a new promo for the daytime talk show's upcoming 38th season, which PEOPLE can exclusively debut.

Standing atop the Walt Disney Company's brand new state-of-the-art studio at 7 Hudson Square, where the show moved in the spring, the longtime couple and parents of three are all smiles as they usher in the next chapter in Live's long history.

The clip is set to Calvin Harris' 20201 hit, "By Your Side," with Ripa and Consuelos promising, "When you wake up in the morning, darling / I'll be by your side."

Of course, Live is used to being on top. The nationally syndicated series is the No. 1 entertainment talk show on television, and currently up for three 2025 Daytime Emmys: Outstanding Daytime Talk Series and Outstanding Daytime Talk Series Hosts.

PEOPLE can also debut a new poster for the series, showcasing the pair in a loving embrace.

Season 37 of Live wraps on Monday, Sept. 1, where Ripa and Consuelos will officially say goodbye to summer and celebrate Labor Day. Joining the pair in studio will be Paul Wesley and Carson Kressley. Plus, the show's very own Michael Gelman fires up the grill to provide tips on steaks in the spirit of the holiday.

Then, season 38 debuts on Sept. 2, kicking off a week of shows featuring powerhouse guests like Mark Ruffalo, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Rose Byrne, Derek Hough, Julianne Hough, Lola Tung, Alix Earle and Taylor Kitsch. KALEO will perform, too!

September also will feature what the show is dubbing 'Kelly and Mark Do It Week,' where Ripa and Consuelos will take on the hottest viral challenges. Live's beloved 'Pet Week' is back, too, with furry friends up for adoption.

Consuelos, 54, joined Live as a permanent host in 2023, taking over from Ryan Seacrest.

"It's been a seamless experience," Ripa, 54, previously told PEOPLE of working with her husband. "When they first brought up the idea of Mark doing the job, we both said 'No, this is insane, we can't do this.' But the more we thought about it, the more we realized what a perfect fit it would be. And it's been a real joy."

"I mean, I don't want to inflate his ego or anything, but Mark, he's pretty good at this," Ripa laughed. "And he makes everything so easy. So it's really worked for us."
