HIGH winds have forced the temporary closure of parkland at a popular National Trust property but other parts of the business remain open, including the cafe.
National Trust bosses have decided to close parkland at Croome at High Green near Worcester today because of predicted high winds from Storm Éowyn.
A spokesperson for the National Trust said: "Due to forecast high winds, our parkland will be closed until winds drop and safety checks complete.
"The RAF visitor centre, café, shop, and museum will open as usual. The house opens at 1.30pm."
A Met Office yellow weather warning for high winds is in force for Worcestershire today.
