MADISON, Wis. -- Madison police were searching for suspects Friday after a man was reportedly robbed at gunpoint on the city's southwest side.
Police said the robbery happened Wednesday night at around 8:45 p.m. in the 5700 block of Russett Road. A man reported that he was pulled over in the area when three people approached him and asked to use his cellphone.
One of the members of the group reportedly pulled out a gun and demanded the man hand over more items. The man drove away while his passenger called 911.
Nobody was hurt and an investigation is ongoing.
